12 Round Fitness offers a brand new fitness concept. Our offers training sessions are based on a 12 round exercise program combining functional strength and cardio exercises to suitable for all fitness levels.
Fitness First Parramatta is close to St Johns Park and the Parramatta Town Hall. We'd love to welcome you to try our latest training techniques, including Freestyle in our functional training area and our wide range of group fitness classes.
Fitness First Maroubra boast wide range of group fitness classes but our most sort after are those held in our showcase Mind and Body Studio where we run more than 20 classes per week including the always popular Hot Yoga.
